Trade Show Producers Host Before and After Event Virtual Trade Shows to Help Promote/Extend Their Physical Trade Shows

Show producers host a pre and post show to help promote their next physical trade show.

A “pre” show is a way to promote and get exhibitors and attendees pumped up about the upcoming physical show. Attendees can get a sneak preview of exhibitors, special guests, events and more at the virtual preshow. Exhibitors can chat live with attendees, upload videos and give out coupons to redeem at the physical show. The virtual preshow objective is to generate more leads and boost the attendance of the physical show in a rich, 3D social networking environment.

Hosting a virtual “post” show is a great way to communicate with all of your attendees after the physical show has ended. Exhibitors can host live seminars, display videos, audio tapes, slideshows and issue coupons.  The virtual post show can be used as a second profit center to compliment exhibitor’s physical offerings.  A date and time can be announced at the physical show to avoid competition in attendance. Flyers can be handed out and a mass email sent out to all the attendees to inform them of the upcoming virtual post show.

After the virtual post show event, the trade show can become a venue for virtual events between physical shows. This is a great way to make more revenue and continue communication with attendees anytime throughout the year.
